downloadUsing a cotton swab I gently scraped the inside of my mouth. I then smeared the cotton swab on the centre of a microscope slide for 2 to 3 seconds. I added a drop of methylene blue solution and placed a coverslip on top. You can notice the nucleus, the cell membrane and the cytoplasm.
